This bundle is configured for 8 lines, 24 extensions and comes with 16 Avaya 6408 Digital Telephones.

The items included in this Bundle are, The Avaya IP Office 403 Processor Like New with power supply, Digital Station 16 Expansion Module with power supply, 16 6408D+ telephones.  The phones and handsets are thoroughly cleaned, tested, and have new line cords and a like new handset cord. A New Shielded cat5 expansion cable is also included for connecting the Processor and Digital Station 16.

This bundle does include 2 analog trunk 4 cards so you can have 8 incoming lines. To add lines/phone numbers see chart below for capacities:

Items needed for programming; you need a windows based PC with a cat 5 cable and Phone Manager which can be Downloaded Here.  You need to right-click on the file name and select "Save Target As" to download the file. The size of the download is approximately 700 MB and includes all Binary files.To install Voicemail Lite you will also need to download This File:  To install, you need to extract one or both files to your desktop or another file you will be able to find easily. Then run the installer. (for 3.2 make sure to select the voicemail light icon also)

The IP403 Office control unit is a 19" rack mountable voice and data communication system and supports as standard -

• Eight Digital Station (DS) ports for selected 24xx, 44xx, 54xx and 64xx Series phones (plus 3810 and 9040 wireless (US) phones).

• Two Analog telephone ports.

• Eight 10/100 Mbps LAN Hub ports.

• DTE Port.

• X.21/V35 WAN interface.

• Support for 3 Expansion Modules.

• External output port containing two switches for door entry systems.

• Audio port for external music on hold source.

• 18 Data channels (maximum of 10 useable for Voicemail Pro)

Note: A data channel is used whenever a call is made from the IP network to an exchange line (Central

Office). For example, four people surfing the Internet will use a single data channel since they all share the same line to the ISP. Two people remotely accessing the Office LAN from home will use two data channels since they have dialed in on separate lines. IP extensions do not use data channels.

Optional internal upgrades allow for support of up to 4 x V.90 modem calls and a Voice Compression Module (VCM) of up to 20 channels. Through the support of up to three external Expansion Modules, IP403 office can be enhanced to support a further 90 Analog, Digital or IP phones.

Programming and Support:

If you are unable to resolve any programming issues by yourself let me know and I can have my technician either call you for support at $60 per 30 minutes with a 30 minute minimum billed in 15 minute increments after that or have my local technician come out (Anywhere in the Country) at $125/hr with a $75 visit trip.  If wiring is needed in a standard office environment with drywalls and drop ceilings and within 120’ of the processor they are $75 each – individual wire runs are needed from the phone system processor to each individual phone for a phone system.

For New System Installs - Install estimates are based off of 30 minutes per phone and if a system voice mail solution is involved 45 minutes per extension not to exceed 3 hours over that estimate.  Trouble shooting is not included in the estimate and if applicable is billed separately.
