The SN-ULTRA-CBX weather resistant, handsfree doorbox provides an attractive and vandal resistant stainless steel faceplate. It is designed to interface directly with the unused telephone line input of EnQue or EnGenius phone systems. When the 'Call' button is pressed, the doorbox generates a standard or custom ring cadence of an adjustable number of rings. For noisy environments, the doorbox's new louder speaker output and 'Push-to-Talk' feature can be used. SN-ULTRA-CBX features rubber gaskets and boots, hand soldered silicon sealed connections, gel filled butt connectors, urethane potted circuit boards with weather sealed, field adjustable trim pots and DIP switches for easy on-site programming.

EnQue's Enhanced Weather Protection (EEWP)
EnQue's Enhanced Weather Protection products feature weather-sealed trim
pots and DIP switches, a special rubber microphone boot and a mylar speaker with a rubber gasket acting as a primary shield against water penetration. If required, face plate gaskets are provided to further eliminate water infiltration. All connections are hand soldered to eliminate corrosion, and the connections at the push button switch, microphone, and "Call Connected" LED are also hand sealed using a special non-corrosive electronics grade flexible silicone sealant. The entire circuit board is "potted" in a flexible urethane encapsulating material, leaving the weather sealed field-adjustable trim pots and DIP switches accessible for on-site programming. The flexible urethane sealant allows the circuit board and its components to expand and contract, while maintaining weather resistance. To protect the tip and ring connections, special connectors filled with anti-corrosive sealing gel are included. It's a total system approach to weather protection - one that's made for the elements. Another reason EnQue systems are the choice of chain-stores.

Programming and Support:
If you are unable to resolve any programming issues by yourself let me know and I can have my technician either call you for support at $60 per 30 minutes with a 30 minute minimum billed in 15 minute increments after that or have my local technician come out (Anywhere in the Country) at $125/hr with a $75 visit trip. If wiring is needed in a standard office environment with drywalls and drop ceilings and within 120’ of the processor they are $75 each – individual wire runs are needed from the phone system processor to each individual phone for a phone system.
For New System Installs - Install estimates are based off of 30 minutes per phone and if a system voice mail solution is involved 45 minutes per extension not to exceed 3 hours over that estimate. Trouble shooting is not included in the estimate and if applicable is billed separately.
