Telephone Man of America LLC Limited One Year Warranty Telephone Man of America LLC, Inc. refurbishes its hardware products from parts and components that are new or refurbished in accordance with industry-standard practices. Telephone Man of America LLC warrants that the hardware products it refurbishes will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty term is one year beginning on the date of invoice, as further described below. Damage due to shipping the products to you is covered under this warranty. Otherwise, this warranty does not cover damage due to: ? Failure to follow Avaya Communication or Lucent Technologies' installation, operation, or maintenance instructions ? Unauthorized system modification, movement, or alteration ? Unauthorized use of common carrier communication services accessed through the system ? Abuse, misuse, or negligent acts or omissions of the customer and persons under the customer's control; or ? Act of third parties and acts of God ? Power surges This warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the following categories: accessories added to the products purchased from Telephone Man of America LLC, date sensitive issues, software. Telephone Man of America LLC will repair or replace, at its option, the system components that are not in good working order. Repair or replacement parts may be new or refurbished and will be provided on an exchange basis. If warranty service is required, Telephone Man of America LLC will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. You must ship the products back to Telephone Man of America LLC in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Telephone Man of America LLC will ship the repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid to the address documented on the original invoice (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions). Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect. Telephone Man of America LLC owns all parts removed from repaired products. Telephone Man of America LLC uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products. If Telephone Man of America LLC repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended. Telephone Man of America LLC warranties and represents that, at the time each item of equipment is delivered, Telephone Man of America LLC will be the lawful owner of such equipment, free and clear of and liens and encumbrances (other than those which may arise from this agreement) and will have full rights, power, and authority to sell the equipment to the Buyer. Furthermore, Telephone Man of America LLC hereby assigns to Buyer any manufacturers warranty relating to the Equipment, which is assignable. Buyer shall notify Telephone Man of America LLC, Inc. of any dissatisfaction with the equipment within ten days after the Equipment is delivered. Failure of Buyer to notify Telephone Man of America LLC of any dissatisfaction within the ten day period shall constitute acceptance of the Equipment by Buyer. If Telephone Man of America LLC is notified of dissatisfaction with the Equipment, Telephone Man of America LLC may, at Telephone Man of America LLC sole option, accept the return of the Equipment and cancel this order, or repair or replace the defective Equipment at Telephone Man of America LLC option and expense.

All sales are final with no right of return unless specified on individual invoice of sale. Any order (s) refused upon delivery or returned, will be subject to shipping charges and a minimum of 20% restock fee. Any claims of missing/damaged equipment must be made upon delivery of goods. Customer is responsible for keeping all records including licensing software and key codes.

Below are some common questions and answers regarding our products and services. What is 'New' product? 'New' product is unused and may be in original manufacturer's packaging or other packaging if needed to protect the product from blemishes and scratches etc and to ensure new condition and may be complete with all original documentation and accessories. All New products and most like new products have a One-Year Warranty unless marked and described on its individual page. Warranties may be provided my Telephone Man of America or the products respective manufacturers. What is 'Like New' product? 'Like New' product is thoroughly cleaned, waxed and polished. Minimal to no discoloration, new line and handset cords, new designation strips and plastic covers. Some wear may be visible as it is not new and some functionality may not be in 'new' condition.
